THE why behind
This podcast was born through the incredible conversations that I was having with those I am blessed to call friends, continuously expanding me & inspiring me in my own life.
As I have spent years travelling, basing myself in different countries & cultures, phone conversations is what has been my saving grace in challenging moment. Phone calls with friends, sisters, brothers, coaches.
One day it really landed for me that, something as simple as a conversation, not even a conversation, but a small seed, a sentence, planted within a conversation, can rapidly blossom into a whole new way of thinking & being.
I looked around at my inner circle one day and was blown away with the embodiment, the knowledge, the wisdom that they hold and the potency of the conversations we've had that have supported me along my journey and I wanted to bring this to you.
Unfiltered, unapologetic, unplanned, throwing caution to the wind and creating a space for what wants to come through, to flow.
It really is that simple.
And I pray that it serves you in the most wonderful ways that you may not even be able to fathom in this moment.
