Get out of your head & into your body.
It can be so easy to get stuck in your head, to overthink and to run things through your mind. Constantly analysing every possible outcome or consequence.
When you really break it down, you start to realise that this doesn’t serve you. It doesn’t help, it just causes stress and worry in that moment and often perpetuates the problem.
Este programa de 7 semanas é uma exploração incorporada, das facetas do feminino, através da lente da sexualidade.
It is so easy to spiral, but it’s important to catch yourself. In any of these moments, if you catch yourself and realise you’re spiralling, in that second, you are completely in the present.
Not the past or the future. For that second of realisation you are in the present and have all the power to make that moment what you want it to be, not what it has become as a result of every thought leading up to that.
Focus on letting go. Allowing my mind the airtime it needs, without entertaining it. Replacing it with introspection and space allowing for whatever needs to come up, to come up, then letting it go with grace.
Getting out of my head and into my heart.
So when those moments come up, shifting your focus, honouring your heart’s desire in that moment. Shifting out of your head and into your body. Tapping and tuning into that present awareness, that silence within. What is it trying to whisper to you through the noise and the chaos?
It can be so easy to fall victim to spiralling, especially when your outer world seems to feel so out of control, but remember that the power is always within you to shift your perspective in any given moment, to see the world through whatever glasses you choose to pick up that day.
That is an enormously powerful thing.
