This 7 week programme is an embodied exploration, of the facets of the feminine, through the lens of sexuality.
Learning love and acceptance of our physical bodies and putting our physical health as a priority is a huge HUGE part of the self love journey. And it’s an amazing place to start.
But it goes so much further than that… The self love journey, in my eyes, delves deep.
Deep into healing. Emotional healing, trauma, toxic patterns and self-sabotage.
It is a lifelong commitment to understanding yourself and finding the strength to love yourself in your entirety. Flaws and all.
To be compassionate and kind to yourself on your darkest days, to be there for yourself when you feel no one else is there for you.
Don’t get me wrong, this is not about separation or being selfish. It’s about testing your boundaries and strengthening them, about making your body and your mind a home that you are happy to live in.
Stripping it back to the bare basics.
It’s about your core foundations as a human being.
It’s about showing up for yourself in your pure authenticity, vulnerability and doing so unapologetically from a space of pure love. ?
